Everything you need to know
So that you can start your holidays at the Hotel Singer, our traditional hotel in Berwang, properly informed, we have summarised everything worth knowing here. Should you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
On the day of your arrival, your room is available from 3:00 p.m. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out by 11:00 a.m. To make the most of your holidays, the Singer’s SPA is also available free of charge on the day of your departure.
Tip: You can enjoy toll-free travel to and from Germany.
We charge €15 per day in summer and €18 per day in winter for a parking space in the garage.
We charge €30 per day for your furry four-legged friend. The panorama rooms (Rastkopf double room, Grubig junior suite, Zugspitze family rooms) are dog-free rooms, where dogs are not allowed. Furthermore, we ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the restaurants, wellness area, and the Alpine Relaxation Garden.
- Minimum stay of 7 nights required: 21.12.2024 - 05.01.2025 and 15.02.2025 - 09.03.2025
- No arrival: 31.12.2024
- Supplement for double room for single use (subject to availability): 50%
- Supplement for New Year’s Eve: €140 per adult and €65 per child (7-14 years)
- Discount for overnight stay with breakfast: €20 per person and night
- Daily menu: €78 per person and day
- À la carte breakfast: €25 per person per day

In order to confirm your reservation, we kindly ask for written confirmation (via fax or e-mail), stating your credit card details and expiry date as a guarantee for the booking. For stays over Christmas, New Year’s Eve, or Carnival (or if requested), we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total amount.
In case of non-compliance with the binding reservation, the following cancellation conditions apply:
- Cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
- Cancellations are free up to 50 days before arrival from 22.12.2023 until 07.01.2024 & from 10.02.2024 until 03.03.2024
- Summer season 2024:
- Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
- In the summer high season (07.07. - 18.08.2024) cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
- If the cancellation period is not observed, 100% of the room price will be charged.
- In case of late arrival or early departure, the entire booked stay will be charged.
For all other eventualities and to minimise costs and inconveniences, we recommend taking out a trip cancellation insurance from “Europäische Reiseversicherung” for cancellation, early departure, and mountain rescue services. This insurance explicitly covers cancellations if you or a close family member living in the same household GET sick with COVID-19.
