For breakfast, we prepare a lavish buffet with a wholefoods section for a delicious start to your day. Our live cooking station is where our hot breakfast specialities are freshly made each morning. A variety of breads, cold meats and fish transform breakfast into a journey of culinary variety, and home-made mueslis, jams and honeycomb round off our sweet and savoury breakfast offerings. For a touch of extra sparkle, why not enjoy a glass of Prosecco?
The crowning glory
After a wonderful day in Berwang’s fresh mountain air and in the blissful surroundings of Singer’s SPA, we delight your senses with a magnificent dinner prepared in our kitchen by award-winning chef Thomas Kunath’s kitchen brigade. Our five-course menus offer a range of choices for each course and start with delicious antipasti and salads. They find their conclusion in an exquisite selection of cheeses that even impresses our French guests.
