Please book your SPA appointments by phone or e-mail prior to arrival. If you are unable to honour your appointment, please cancel at least 6 hours prior to your treatment, otherwise we regret that we have to charge 50% of the treatment price as cancellation charge. In case of no show the full treatment price will be charged.
