Written confirmation with credit card guarantee is required.
For Christmas, New Year, Carnival and subject to our request, we kindly ask for a deposit to secure the booking.

Our rates are on half board per person and night including all taxes, but excluding local tax of €1.60 per person and night.
Short stay surcharges up to 3 nights: €5.00 per person per day
Weekend surcharges up to 2 nights: €10.00 per person per day
Dogs: from €18.00 per day
Garage: €14.00 per day
Reduction for bed and breakfast only: €12.00 per person
Half board reduction for à la carte orders: €20.00 per person, full menu will be charged
Surcharge for full board: €20.00 per day
Single occupancy: 50% surcharge of the per person rate
New Year's surcharge: €99.00 per adult
New Year's surcharge children: €49.00 per child (7-14 years)

During low season children (ages 3-14) receive a 30% discount on quoted children’s prices.

Up to 20 days prior to arrival no charge
During the periods of Christmas, New Year and Carnival - up to 50 days prior to arrival no charge
Within these periods the cancellation fee is 100 % of the room rate.
In the case of no show, delayed arrival or early departure the entire cost of the booked stay will be charged.
